If you are a California or Virginia resident who has provided personal information to us, or a resident who believes we collected your personal information, you may exercise your rights as explained in this notice. • Your email address
• Profile information (e.g., name, social networking sites accounts, age, gender, address, profession, image, voice, profile photo)
• Your messages to the Service (e.g., chat logs, player support tickets)
• Any other information you choose to give our customer service or other team in the game or via email (e.g., information to identify a lost account)
• Your mobile device identifiers
• Details about the games and platforms you use
• IP address (determines geographic area, not precise location)
• Device information (e.g., device type, system language, network, carrier data, operating system)
• Information regarding your use of and interaction with our Services (e.g., in-game events, game version)
• Your country
• Application performance and debugging information
• Your current progress in our Services and the date and time of activity
• Your payment information in our Services
• User identification number (e.g., Facebook ID number) linked to publicly available information like name and profile photo
• Information about your activities on or through connected third-party platforms
• Any other information you or the third-party platform share with us

In the past 12 months, we may share your non-personally identifiable, aggregated, and/or public information with third parties. Additionally, we may share your game play data, customer service, and/or unique identifiers specific to your device with third parties for adjusting and improving our Services. We direct all third-party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to them and not to use your information for any purpose other than providing services on Junkyard Tycoon behalf.

How to Exercise Your Rights:

To exercise any of these rights, e-mail us at privacy@BizSim.com. Specify which right you wish to exercise and the scope of your request. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days. Your request may be denied if we are unable to verify your identity. You may make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.

For deletion requests, contact privacy@BizSim.com. We may retain personal information necessary for specific reasons disclosed when we respond to your request.

Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing:

Request to opt-out of personal information sale or sharing by contacting privacy@BizSim.com. We'll use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.

Opt back in to personal information sales by contacting privacy@BizSim.com.

Authorized Agent and Sensitive Personal Information:

Authorized Agent: You may designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights and choices on your behalf, in accordance with applicable law. Provide written proof of your agent's permission to act on your behalf. Requests from agents may be denied if written proof is not provided or the agent's identity cannot be verified.

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): We do not collect SPI. To inquire about this, contact privacy@BizSim.com. We will use personal information provided in a request to review and comply with the request.

Minors Under Age 16: We do not sell personal information of consumers known to be under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization from the minor (13-16 years old) or the parent/guardian of a minor under 13 years of age.

Financial Incentives:

1. In-Game Rewards: We may offer in-game rewards for viewing video advertisements or engaging with ads. By choosing to receive rewards, we and our advertising partners may use the information collected to serve you more relevant ads. You can opt-out by not watching or engaging with such ads.
2. Rewards for Questionnaire Surveys: We may offer rewards for completing surveys to acquire user information for optimizing our Service or user acquisition. You can choose not to participate in surveys.

Definitions:

"Personal Information" refers to information identifying or related to a consumer, household, or device. It excludes de-identified or aggregated consumer information, health or medical information covered by HIPAA or the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, and information covered by specific sector privacy laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, or the California Financial Information Privacy Act.

"Deidentified Information" is information that cannot reasonably identify a consumer, provided that a business has implemented technical safeguards prohibiting reidentification, business processes that prevent reidentification, processes to prevent inadvertent release of deidentified information, and makes no attempt to reidentify.

"Aggregate Consumer Information" is information related to a group or category of consumers with individual consumer identities removed and not linked or reasonably linkable to any consumer or household, including via a device.

"Sensitive Personal Information" (SPI) includes the following:

1. Personal information revealing social security, driver's license, state ID, or passport numbers; account log-ins, financial account, debit card, or credit card numbers with security/access codes, passwords, or credentials allowing access to an account; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin; religious or philosophical beliefs; union membership; mail, email, and text message contents unless the business is the intended recipient; and genetic data.
2. Processing of biometric information for uniquely identifying a consumer; personal information collected and analyzed concerning health; personal information collected and analyzed concerning sex life or sexual orientation.
